Returns/Exchanges are made within 14 days from the day your order is shipped. To be able to return a product, it is necessary that it is in perfect condition, has the special markings (tags), and that you have the receipt or invoice of your order.

The procedure to follow to exchange/return products is as follows:
- Fill in all the details on the return form you will find in the original packaging and tick the box marked RETURN/EXCHANGE.
- Place the return form in the package and pack very well to avoid damage and deterioration.
Initial product shipping is FREE. Any return/exchange costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds cannot be made on discounted products. Change to discounted products can only be made with corresponding discounted products.
For Exchange/Return, the customer can choose a transport company of his choice at his own expense.

For replacement of products, that the company cannot offer you, due to shortage or various other reasons, you must return the product you do not want and place a new order.
The refund, depending on how your order was placed, will be implemented within 8 days from the day the product is shipped . For orders placed with cash on delivery as a method of payment, the refund is necessarily made to a bank account after deducting the cash on delivery charge .
If any of the above instructions are omitted, the return/change cannot be accepted by our company.
Beyond the above period, the original "Credit/Change" option cannot be changed to "Refund".
